Price only, not a quality claim. The OpenAI column uses OpenAI’s published public rates. Qwen2.5 7B/3B are a different model class than GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini — this compares cost per token, not capability. Against gpt-4o-mini, JouleCloud’s input rate is actually higher ($0.20 vs $0.15); against gpt-4o it is far lower. Choose the model that fits the task.
