Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the service safe and fair for every tenant.

You may not use the service to

• Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including CSAM, which we report.
• Create malware, phishing content, or material designed to defraud, harass, or exploit.
• Attempt to access other tenants’ data, keys, prompts, or completions, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without written permission (see Security for how to report vulnerabilities responsibly).
• Circumvent rate limits, budgets, or metering — including by rotating keys or organizations to evade enforcement.
• Resell or white-label API access without a written agreement with us.
• Send protected health information (PHI) or cardholder data — the service is not HIPAA- or PCI-eligible (see Security).

Model outputs

Open-weight model outputs are probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them, including compliance with the licenses of the underlying models and with applicable law in your use case.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that violates this policy. Where practical, we will tell you what triggered enforcement. To report abuse: hello@jouledns.com.
